There ya have it, I think we will see a reduction in the issued and outstanding very soon. Company has already stated it has bought back over 110 million of the issued and outstanding shares and will continue to do so in this PR.

According to PA the A/S will be increased but not used and only the preferred will be used as needed for acquisitions.
He explains why and I for one believe him.

Any thoughts of when "very soon" might be?
