I went thru financials several times.see my post no. 74. Total liabilities ( including st+Lt),= 37m,total assets=67m. So net assets=30m.market cap is 1m+. There is also 3.3m in cash and they already got more 12m in cash( will be shown up on Q3).

They are looking for a buyer so they should be able to get about .90/share worse case.

They have a huge debt that is hurting them right now. cash strapped...this winter will help with cash flow and get revenues rolling.
