I disagree. He knew GSL had no chance of launching. He did not have the advertisers to fund it. Dilution is no skin off his teath. Basically running up an endless credit card debt with no reason/ability to pay it off. If he hits his limit he just raises the A/S. Claims he "wont't go anywhere near that number" then blast past it as his sheep graze on his bs. Happens everyday in the otc. REDG is no different.
