Sorry to hear you are SAD. I'm not, because I happen to believe that scale up problems, in general, have solutions. And, because I think the final phase of tox will go well, and the brief clinical trial will go well, and that there are customers ready and able to pay generously.
The argument against this seems to be endless dogmatic proclamations assuring anyone who will listen that the scale up problem cannot EVER be solved. Have fun with this while it lasts.
