Yeah..it sucks. There's no other word for it.
Microcap stocks move like this..horrible international markets, low volume, 3D bubble burst. Nothing in our favor.

Do you own any other stocks? Noticed a pattern?

Not everything I own is down, but I have a bunch that are down with the market on no news. AMAVF may be showing some effect from being fairly thinly traded which exaggerates the effect.
