I hate to say this...But the SEC is looking pretty incompetent right now.

The president of a publicly traded company contacts them with very damaging inside information - and they don't even reply to his email.

And with all this public information floating around - they continue to allow Paul Taylor to suck money from the stock market to pay his own bills.

Shameful.

Where the heck is the SEC??? Pink or not, this has become a travesty. A complete lack of Federal oversight, when even my dog knows this is a scam.

i hope someone gets him but i doubt any agency will. The fact is that in the U.S. these days the only one who gets justice is the man with the most money and the man who bribes governemnt workers into doing their job. Well the person with enough money to shame the govenrment threw media also gets justice.

rca - If you really want to make a few small waves...

You may consider reporting the activities you discovered to Homeland Security, with a special emphasis about the Costa Rica connections.

You may not be aware of it, but HomeSec is responsible for tracking moneylaundering activities that involve foreign entities... and I'm quite certain Costa Rica is on the watch list.

And yes - they can request an SEC investigation.
