One big difference, I'm telling the truth backed up by fact that anyone can verify.
Except this time people choose not to verify what I'm saying and challenge it. Hummmmm, easy to call or email the TA. I put up the info and not one person verified it or called Bruce to verify, at least know one posting it.
Hummmm, in 2011 everyone touting bs from an unverified source.
I think it's clear Schmidt and Morey had more help than we think.
As I stated I believe Bruce thought a merger was happening and was being mislead by Morey while Schmidt and Morey traded the stock. I would guess that Schmidt was the one who made the trades since Morey was an insider. You stated he knew nothing about even a merger and that logically could not be considering the 2011 merger was going on into 2012 according to posts on this board so to say Bruce was clueless about everything would mean he was in a comma for a year and didn't take one shareholder call.
Now the future is looking bright and I hope Bruce is more aware after that experience and we can all look forward to a real merger. The company has made tremendous progress in the past few months and I'm looking forward to what will happen.
