Lets see....one day the price drops to next to nothing and we are all losing our asses and we see there is a deal setup by Morey. SO we contacted Bruce about it, he knew nothing and thanked us. Morey, who I guess was helping Bruce out, acted on his own, thats why it was all finally rescinded, thanks to the help of Dustin and Yvonne.

Lol, one day? Looking back that fake merger lasted over a year while Joe Schmidt and Morey raked in the cash daytrading it. I believe Bruce felt these guys were going to merge a company in then when they got greedy and wanted control and Bruce receives a call from the TA that Joe Schmidt and Morey are trying to get shares issued, that is when I believe Bruce knew these guys were helping themselves and not working on a merger. This makes sense. To say Bruce didn't know about anything is ridiculous when he has shareholders contacting him daily about when something will happen. Your telling me a merger was going on for over a year and Bruce knew nothing, please.

All someone has to do is google this Joe Schmidt guy and they will see he is an ex scam broker turned ir scammer. I feel bad for Bruce trusting these guys.

Looking at the trading after Joe and Morey exited and it supports a theory they maybe the naked shorts.
