if it's a voluntary dismissal, which means SIRGQ initiated it, then this is the best chance for success imo, going forward.
do some looking in the ibox, and you'll see a large-scale mining and general commodities company from ecuador (orotecno, aka OROT) already put together a deal with SIRGQ that would be part of their reorganization plan, but with the BK dismissed, there's reason to speculate that deal will still be engaged, with OROT coming into this public vehicle.
there are additional reasons OROT would want to do this, considering they may be able to assume SIRGQ's net operating loss (NOL) for their own tax relief.
i've done some DD on ecuadoran regulations and they allow companies to favorable tax relief on investments, so it seems like this has the potential to be a win-win for all.
for now, it's a very tight float considering the OS and there's no dilution, which makes it a better trading vehicle than most pinksheets.
we'll see what news brings.
