Not correct. Joe Schmidt was totally involved and I wouldn't call it a hijacking either because Joe Schmidt wanted total control which Bruce didn't want to give and that is when things went south.

Bruce was not clueless as you say and didn't need shareholders help. It was the TA who contacted Bruce when Morey tried to get the TA to issue shares. The TA refused and contacted Bruce.

All this was according Yvonne. What I'm unclear about is why Yvonne needed and received the shareholder list and other insider documents so as she says, to help clean things up when no shares ever were issued to Joe or Morey.

Yvonne claims to be clueless about how the markets work then in the same breath helped clean things up, say what.

How would you know it was a scam at the time before the CEO did? I look back and all you guys were cheering from the rafters. Did everyone sell then contact Bruce?
