That document cannot be disputed. The relationship between Orotecno and SIRG is very clear. It is likely that this relationship was established by Carlos Cordon.

People want news NOW, but company management cannot release news until the deal is completed. I believe that the developing website, Orotecno.net will shine some light on the deal that is in progress.
