Really? You say you work as an industrial buyer so go to your legal department and ask them what it would take to name another company in a PR.
Have you ever dealt with lawyers and/or trademark law? Try infringing the IP rights of a large company like Cummins and see how quickly you get a cease & desist order.
Further, do you really think GC would discuss the design/operation of the CSRV with a company like Cummins and GM John Zamarra (an accomplished engineer just look him up on LinkedIn) without an NDA in place? Uh, no.
Without that NDA at a minimum in place, which legally establishes the relationship, it would be very easy for Cummins to try to replicate the CSRV with their vast resources.
Come on dude, it is one thing to say you are a buyer in an industrial industry, but I am a successful owner with experience in commercial aviation and industrial gas turbines (GE LM & Frame series , Siemens 501, etc.) so I know how high level discussions and general terms agreements are initiated and structured.
