Just going by what LT and Choover and the rest of the board has said i would assume this:

We have not failed at this point. We also have not passed. The crew members did their just correctly but one slide had a mishap and that is under review by the FAA. So at this point it just depends on who ever is to make the final decision. They can chose to give us a fail due to a mishap with the one slide and we can get a new test date, which has not happened yet. They can say there was nothing BALTIA could have done to prevent that so they are awarded a pass as long as they show that the issue has been corrected and how, which means they also have not passed.

We are in limbo everyone. I am young but seem to be able to grasp this.

It may not be a clearly defined yes but I think we are safe to say its clearly not a defined NO so we are much better off than we were before this most recent mini. Even if we have to do another mini mini with just one door we are much closer to proving flights and starting up the airline than any time before and at these prices even with the high outstanding shares this is a great short term investment and most likely a very good long term investment IMO
