All one has to do is read the statement:

having not filed any periodic reports since it
filed a Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2012

That would not be a "current" report and fits into what I said about the SEC not taking action for at least two years if PLKD ever went that long before filing.

Those reports on companies suspended for not filing for years are numerous and I've posted the SEC link to them all.
