A company goes under investigation with a deliquent filing..

If the SEC sees fit to put the company under a suspension than they have the authority to...

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Smart Ventures because of
questions regarding the accuracy and completeness of assertions by Smart Ventures in reports
posted on the OTC Link operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc. and in press releases. This
includes questions about the accuracy of a report issued by Smart Ventures for the quarterly
period ended March 31, 2015 and a press release issued on June 30, 2015 with respect to the
company’s business plans and activities, control persons, related party transactions and financial
statements.

I have also informed them about the recent Press Release... My apologies for not stating that as well.. thought I had in a previous post

I informed them about PLKD not submitting a current 10Q and the recent Press Releases the Company has put out to the Public..

My apologies for trying to protect investors looking at this stock...

I am currently Invested in a stock that is deliquent on filing their Form-10Q for this quarter. They have not filed a Form: NT-10Q as of today either.

Is this already being looked into?

They have also recently suggested through Press Release that they are currently going through a Reverse Merger but no Form: DEF 14c has been filed regarding any agreement.

The Company may be scamming investors.

Please look into this.

If you are able to, please respond back with a reasoning as to why the Company has not filed their Form-10Q for this quarters financials?
