Might want to report Magna/31 Group as well. Believe they are behind all of this. Wouldn't be surprised if they have people working for them on Investorshub.

HPTG. Your complaint will go nowhere.That's what will happen.Which is a good thing.The SEC never has,never will and simply cannot restore any shareholders equity. If the SEC feels it has enough reason,it will suspend trading. When trading resumes,if ever the company finds itself on the grey sheets with no bid and ask and shareholder equity pretty much gone. So the end result of any successful complaint is to have your equity wiped out.Real good move.LOL. Fortunately your complaint lacks enough substance to generate any interest from the SEC and your complaint will have no effect on HPTG or the rest of us. Thanks for trying to shoot us all in the foot,though.

They will get a big laugh out of you waiting 8 months. Must not have been much of a loss or you would have done this sooner?
