I´m sitting on negative value too.

Without convertible debt we all would not be here.
You have to wonder why some complain about it(not you).

Company is not in a hurry to release news, but company has a plan
and i wait for it. Sometimes it takes longer. I look for real companies and no pump and dumps.

ELED has only very low convertible debt and ss will be still low after dilution no matter if there are news now or later.

Maybe it would help if you ask the company.
