How you EVER seen a penny stock hold any percent of a company while it went public? Consider the size of the IPO and how could you not see the relationship between DNAG and Biofrontera??????? Because almost all penny stocks are garbage and deserved to be flushed........ This makes DNAG different and significant! This is my opinion.
