Bcap/wogi//tggi all have a previous and current stench of the criminal CEO Nathan Hall and Matt Dwyer. These guys hide their paper in shell companies and raise private money and than trade for el cheapie paper and blow it out with bad movie story boards. Suckers play unless your in on private placement or the actual scam itself.
