is it stated that his mother had become a Canadian citizen .. haven't read more, so it's just an observation now that if it's supposed to be a timeline it's a very bad one ..

Edit: that bit suggests both mother and father had become Canadian citizens, but can't see anywhere in
the timeline (still not read it all) there that the mother had .. so based on that odds are it's a shonk ..

i was born in England, father Canadian and mother American .. grew up in Canada and had the choice of becoming
an American citizen at the age of .. hmm, not 100%, but think it was before the age of 21 .. maybe 16, not sure ..
