Canadian stock markets and their regulators are a joke.

ANY trades on the NASDAQ and the company should have no problems on disclosure. This Canadian regulator excuse is still ludicrous. When they made the forward look last quarter weren't the regulators still in existence/

This does not ignore the fact that the two top guys on ANY are way over their heads when it comes to the shareholders and financial acumen.

Sorry..I didn't sell my stock and I love the products but bad management kills all.

Falon I did call the company and email them several times to get a reply and not so much as a call or email back, even to say no comment, nothing.

On the Canadian regulators I don't need to call them, they make their rules perfectly clear, so as a company that is a reporting issuer in Ontario, the company or their advisors should be aware of the rules in the jurisdiction they report in, especially as the initial letter clearly had an influence on the stock price
