1. a boilerplate "going concern" statement

2. an external's auditors opinion

3. and the companies admission of their issue with cash - literally stating they will have no cash by the end of December 2015 to fund operations


should tell everyone alot about your lazy and misdirected analysis of the company. You've been 95% wrong about everything you've wrote and you still refuse to admit anything.

There is no agreement between VCIG or MCIG for funding and they have noted this and have seconded alternatives of raising capital and/or bankruptcy. As MCIG is burning cash themselves - there's no way for MCIG to fund both operations in the near term.

Again you completely and utterly mislead people and have no idea what you're talking about
