No question about the sale. The question here is how bad is the ongoing debt? What is still owed to the Trust and the debt and equity holders. Did they have to buy out the franchisees? Have the articles of incorporation been amended to be more investor friendly?
Sell a business say for ten million and still be deep in debt and have so much coming off the top that the stockholders are in deep trouble is no good deal for investors. Need more info than a three line blurb.
