In my opinion, if they don't announce commercial production in Q3 I could see this hitting the mid-teens again. I don't know if there is a TA number or channel that would "prevent" this from happening, but with their cash position, upcoming bond payment, and never ending drama at Namoya I think this will continue to trade at BK multiples.
Namoya was supposed to be in commercial production last July. They have gone through a TON of dough since they announced that its not going to work as designed.
