That still looks pretty boilerplate to me. Usually contained in the "Risk Factors" section.
Look I'm not pumping the stock or convinced anyone should add to their position. I'm simply pointing out that the doom and gloom is being overstated. Yes, there's a risk the company could fail. But if it does, it will be because management becomes convinced that there is no market for the product. I don't think we're anywhere near there yet.
