I think he meant billions or all of the remaining shares in the AS are for sale at .0001.

Remember, every time joe sells a share at trip zero ones he makes at least double his money.

And, knowing joe, he probably relinquished half his remaining debt with the understanding that the conversion rate increased in his favor by double or better.
