Obviously something highly sensitive. They would not want to influence the share price ahead of an announcement. They would just halt it and then tell the amount so shorty could not have a chance to cover.
I think both parties have agreed on a number and we know its not $1 million dollars, insiders and Galanis have at least $10 million of their own money invested. $20million at a very minimum in my opinion.
