They are INC. now and not same company as LLC in eyes of Gov contracts. tHIS IS VERY SIMPLE, SAM SITE HAS ALL ORGANIZATIONS that can get awarded Gov. contracts, check it out. And the LLC subsidiary's really were doing the Gov contracts when under the LLC Supurva, those 2 subsidiary's end up not being part of the deal / merge. They old LHPT is INC now not a LLC EVEN dANOS ANNOUNCED THAT
