Yep and the only good news about PHMB is that is has remained untempered with by the SEC. I have a feeling someone is gonna pull some bunk news on this to make it jump and then the government will step in and close it down. As of a few weeks ago, it is now over 70k to reinstate the company...
Someone may buy it though because 70k for an existing stock is super cheap compared to starting a new one and if these people owned 90+ % of the shares out there than they would be in a good situation to scam a lot of people easily. Luckily for us being the ones holding for such a long time, we would benefit along with them.
