In the SDR Section 5(e) "Failed" and in the narrative it didn't say "partial deployment" or "twisted while being deployed"...hang on the to the belief that the FAA will give Baltia a waiver for a slide failure while the stock heads to zero.

And by the way the last half-ass PR was from Igor on Facebook July 6, 2015...nothing today as promised the rest has come through a proxy(s) on IHub...GLTA
