Please, just say it with me...Baltia failed #7 and they are waiting for a verdict on their appeal again, Baltia failed #7 and they are waiting for a verdict on their appeal. Now, was that so hard to do?? The "higher ups" the people everyone keeps referring to is where the appeal was filed...Washington. And it was pointed our by Erko and Certdog that an appeal of this kind does not work during a certification process...its perfection or try again...on to #8...GLTA IMHO
