I was just trying to be very conservative with the numbers. Now, investors can understand why AdvisorShares is fighting so hard. They stand to lose upwards of 100 million. I don't think there's any chance that Fund will be a part of AdvisorShares after this lawsuit.
BTW I think the 1% represents the fee charged by Fund.
