Mcig has aprox. 9,000 invested into Vitacig.

Nope, don't see that. MCIG was only able to claim 47% of VTCQ stockholder equity, which was $19,000. So, MCIG carries $$9,000 as an asset. "And that's all folks."

By the way, you posted $9 million number, not 9K, I do believe. ;-)
