NO COURT HERE IN CANADA CAN GRANT A LICENSE..... it is NOT DONE...EVERRRRRR..... the can only order HC to go bavk through the application process again....and at best appoint an outside party to oversee the process..... and that little fishy will not happen..... we dont give MMJ licenses to PUMP and DUMP Lying criminals here in Canada.....EVERRRRRRR..
