Wrong .HC already abused their power.and precedence will go in effect and some other court will grant the license.

Funny. No court will grant anything. They can disagree with the rejection and ask for it to be reconsidered though....and send it back to HC, if they decide to even proceed with the JR, which is not written in stone.
