No, all I said is that corporate buying will no longer be a good measure of future market direction, it will be mostly absent, until the stock sell under BV, at that point, it makes economic sense to buy back stock. Of course the lack of corporate buying will make decline sharper once these evolve, since that source of cushioning buying will not be there. For now, money is fleeing the low returns in safe treasuries (in pension funds of all places) at that may take some time till it fizzes out. That buying around 1600 on the Naz tells you that this number is watched by quite a number of people.
