(IHSI), Intelligent Highway Solutions today announced they will be expanding on the Title 24 retrofits started last year with HVAC upgrades to include lighting. Devon Jones CEO of IHSI stated, "We have established a program to upgrade the HVAC systems in California facilities pursuant to the Title 24 standards as that relate to HVAC controls.
