Seems same old from years past. Look, a patent, an EPA award doesn't mean jack if you can't put it into a BUSINESS. HCTI is NOT a business. Not sure they can even function. Cool, nice fuzzy warm EPA award, now what? more loans? More toxic debt? CEO is not suited right.
