Sweet equity does have a lot to do with why the huge outstanding share count and what it is today. The outstanding share value is based on the value set at par shares owed to private investors.


They will determine the intrinsic value of the outstanding shares as dully noted in the retained earnings and the accompanying capital surplus. the value will be based on the public value of the public shares traded today once the two sources are brought together.
