AMPH still boasts (publicly) that the CAFC will dismiss the Lovenox patent case based on the Hatch-Waxman Safe Harbor, despite the Solicitor General's amicus brief in support of NVS/MNTA, and that AMPH will collect in full on the $100M Court bond.
