And MMRF claimed Lorsch was financing the company but didn't tell shareholders they were borrowing from and not paying back toxic debtholders

And MMRF claimed Ted Ward was their lawyer despite the fact that he was disbarred

And MMRF continues to claim they have a deal with CVS, yet CVS has continued to deny any relationship in any form with MMRF

And MMRF put out a PR announcing a record year on the very same day their balance sheet was drawn down to ZERO dollars cash

MMRF lies constantly
