OCRX—Removal of the funding overhang came on Jul 30, when OCRX announced the $10-20M loan (#msg-115827192); yesterday’s 2Q15 PR merely confirmed what was already known (or should have been known). So, it’s hard to attribute today’s +10% move to the funding overhang per se.
