Excellent and well thought out post as usual.
For now I am biding my time to see if Finra responds and if they do, what they say and also to see what happens to the stock price between now and the end of the cc.

While l sure hope this doesn't happen, if Ocata goes bankrupt, I would rate the chances of class action lawsuits as 100+%.
