If we believe that Advisory needs to get Fund out of the picture the easiest and less costly way since they have to believe they have a weak case would be at this settlement hearing. I'm starting to sense that there's a decent chance this could be settled without going to trial. I'm also still under the strong belief that if this doesn't get settled Fund can win this with a decision at the summary judgement hearing.
