LPTN .27 - Investing in biotech companies with busted pipelines that are trading below net cash can be rewarding; however, achieving a gain that exceeds the opportunity cost depends to a large degree on luck.
"reward" is secondary priority for me with "risk" being first. I sleep more soundly holding an extreme low "risk" play such as LPTN than with a high flyer trading at 20 times cash or so that can, at any minute, get whacked 50%, 75% or more.
