idk what the hell that was all about...it's gotten thin both ways, but the ask side especially. i think my theory that whoever bought through etrade sold for loss, which very well may be someone who showed up new to the board recently, opened things up. cdel started leaving it alone about a month ago. one funder here, tightly held...shouldnt be much if anything in our way. this is why the OTC pisses me off, this stock should be way higher, but no love for anything worth a damn. if BLGA was .001 with 2bil shares selling into the bid every day, it would be GOLD
