I found where they copied and pasted the listing of services on the dmnd website

It is a scam!!!

To recap the DMND inc that SUTI supposedly acquired

Website was created 90 days ago

Company is registered with the CA secretary of state to a mail center.

The address listed as a "suite" on their website is a UPS store.

The phone number is some Chinese sounding man's cell phone

They offer no products on their website

The services they list on their website was directly stolen and copied and pasted from this website

It is very obvious that this is not a real company and the PR was just to try and pump their stock!

Dont get fooled, SUTI is a scam

You will lose if you buy!
