I'm not sure we are in disagreement. I agree we need to move off OTC.

I also agree "Long term, the share price and outstanding share in and of themselves do not matter, only market cap will matter".

I just think we can do so without a reverse stock split. I have been involved in several other biotech companies that did a reverse stock split to gain access to the Nasdaq. They suffered major reversals because the science is taking much longer than expected and/or they had some setbacks. The PPS is back to level it was before the reverse stock split.

My comment regarding PPS being based on outcome of science is still valid. The big boys caring about other statistics is only valid if the science is proven out.
