Watch for something very interesting to happen here. Facts are that the float is micro. This buyer took a .40 conversion price likely knowing what the future plan would be for the business. The majority of stock is held by insiders. They could reverse merge the "company" that they are looking at to diversify products or have already basically finalized it for a move back into the $1-$2 land. Guess we will wait and see, but that .40 price is a floor that they want to get over to make the investment pay off.
