So we have an incognito person making negative remarks on the DOJ recommendation

1. I think DOJ opinion supports the industry wide opinion that Safe Harbor cannot be used for commercial purpose....
2. Does a patented manufacturing process mean nothing at all - this is the crux of the matter....

Just because stupid FDA decided to share info with competitors allowing them to make the product for approval should not be extended to commercial operations.....

When someone throws out a hand grenade like that without any hint of their reasoning, I tend to discount it. His comment that he supposedly can't give us any hint because he is involved but than tells us MNTA is in trouble is hypocritical as well as disingenuous for suggesting he is sworn to secrecy or confidentiality clause as he gave his opinion of the outcome. Even worse is that he didn't talk about the effects on MNTA stock price, which in my view would be negligible if the ruling goes against MNTA as that has likely been baked in the price.

I bought more last week, and will buy more this week. I am a piker compared to Dew on the number of shares when I buy so don't expect any price movement because of me. :)
